Early Access Terms

These terms apply to the Plunderport early-access list and Leaderboard at plunderport.fun. By registering, you agree to them.

1. What early access is

Plunderport is a pre-launch pirate idle tycoon and NFT project. There is no playable game and no live mint yet. Early access is a free interest list. Registering is free and requires no purchase, no gas fee and no blockchain transaction.

Registration does not guarantee an NFT, a whitelist or allowlist spot, any mint allocation, prizes, a mint date, or that any product will launch. Planned details, such as the number of Genesis NFTs or a free mint, may change.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be an adult (18+, or the age of majority where you live) and allowed to take part under your local laws.
• You may register only with a wallet and an X account that you personally own and control.
• One registration per person. Each wallet and each X account can be linked to only one registration.
• Each network (IP address) can make only a limited number of registrations a day.

3. Referrals and the leaderboard

• The leaderboard ranks registrations by XP: 100 XP for joining, 20 XP for each person who registers through your referral link and completes wallet and X verification, and 50 XP for each like, repost or comment task in your Captain's Pass.
• Prohibited: fake, purchased or automated accounts; registering yourself through your own link; bots or scripts; spam; and any attempt to manipulate counts.
• We may review, pause, revoke or remove registrations, XP and tasks we reasonably believe break these rules. Registrations from new or low-activity X accounts may be held for review and don't count until they are approved. Revoked registrations stop counting toward any referrer.
• A leaderboard position gives no rights or rewards unless a separate, published campaign says otherwise. Any such campaign will have its own rules: the current one is set out in the Rewards Rules.

4. Your security

Keep your wallet keys and seed phrase private. Plunderport will never ask for them, and registering never needs a token approval, payment or transaction. Only use the official site.

5. Not financial advice; independence

Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice, or an offer to sell anything. Plunderport is an independent project building toward the Zero ecosystem. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with LayerZero Labs.

6. Third-party services

Wallet software, X sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile and WalletConnect are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.

7. Acceptable use

Don't attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, and don't interfere with other users. We may suspend access to protect the program.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” and may change, pause or end at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Plunderport is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services or by the compromise of your wallet or X account.

9. Privacy

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. If you keep taking part after a change, you accept the updated terms.
