Overview
Plunderport is a pirate idle tycoon. You own one small island and grow it into a busy harbour: raise buildings, house and train a crew, build ships and send them on real-time treasure voyages that come home with loot. It is made for calm play — check in when you like; nothing punishes you for sleeping.
Alongside the game, Plunderport plans 1,024 Genesis Captains, an NFT collection with a free mint: a holder's ships bring home 40 % more loot from every voyage.

The game
A new island starts bare: an old lighthouse on the islet and a ruined harbour. You restore the harbour, choose your first ship and then build the town yourself — you decide where every building stands, on a grid, turned in quarter steps; the Shipyard, the Fishery and new ports go on the shore, facing the sea.
Captain's House
Your island level. No building can rise above it.
Harbor
Two berths per port, up to three ports — at most six ships.
Shipyard
Builds your ships, one at a time.
Treasure Vault
Holds your Gold and shows off your relics.
Lumber Camp
Woodcutters bring Wood from the western forest.
Fishery
Fishing boats land Food on the east beach.
Training Grounds
Trains the pirate soldiers who crew your ships.
Homes
Each home houses ten pirates.
Marketplace
Trades Gold for Wood and Food.
Tavern
Where pirate clans meet: clans and leaderboards.
One building goes up at a time, in minutes, and upgrades cost Gold and Wood. Wood and Food come from your own camps, and the Marketplace trades Gold for both. Pirates live in your homes, train at the Training Grounds and crew your ships; a ship only sails with its crew.
Pirate clans meet at the Tavern: any registered captain can found a clan for free, with up to 30 captains. Leaderboards rank captains and clans.
03
Ships and voyages
Six ships, all available from the start, each a step grander than the last. A ship needs a berth, its crew and supplies to sail.
| Ship | Planned launch price | Crew |
|---|---|---|
| Dinghy | $5 | 9 pirates |
| Sloop | $15 | 12 pirates |
| Brigantine | $50 | 15 pirates |
| Galleon | $150 | 22 pirates |
| Ghost Vessel | $500 | 25 pirates |
| Royal Man-o'-War | $1,000 | 30 pirates |
Prices are fixed in US dollars and planned to be paid in PP at launch — the PP amount follows the PP/USD rate. Until then the game runs on practice Gold.
Voyages last real hours. Longer routes unlock as your island grows:
| Route | Length | Unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Coastal Treasure RunThe Shallows | 2 h | From the start |
| Smugglers' Cove RunSmugglers' Coves | 6 h | From the start |
| Open Sea ExpeditionThe Wide Blue | 8 h | From the start |
| Storm Coast VoyageThe Storm Coast | 12 h | Island level 2 |
| Forgotten Isles VoyageThe Forgotten Isles | 24 h | Island level 3 |
- Before you sail you see the loot ranges for your ship and the chance of every hazard.
- Squalls, navy patrols, storms, hidden reefs — even a kraken — can cost part of the hold and wear the hull; soldiers win some of it back.
- Ships bring home Gold and Wood, and sometimes relics and blueprints. Gold that doesn't fit in the Vault waits aboard — it is never lost.
04
PP and the economy
In the game the currency is Gold. At launch, Gold is planned to become PP, Plunderport's token. Today there is no PP token: no sale, no deposits and no claims.
The planned designPlanned
- Ships, island levels, new ports and extra homes are paid in PP at fixed dollar prices.
- Every purchase is split: 60 % to the reward pool, 20 % burned and 20 % to the treasury.
- The reward pool starts with 40 % of the PP supply. Each day 10 % of the pool is shared among the ships at sea, by ship power — about the same per dollar of a ship's price, with a small bonus for bigger classes.
- Inviting captains: the inviter receives 10 % of the PP their invited captains' voyages bring home, paid from the pool — the invited captain keeps all of theirs.
- Claiming PP to a wallet costs a flat 2 % on every claim, and this rate is fixed. The fee goes back to the reward pool.
Where a purchase goes (planned)
To be announced at launch: the network, the contract address, the total supply, allocations and vesting, liquidity and the price source. Until Plunderport announces them on plunderport.fun and on X, any “PP token” offered anywhere is not ours.
05
Genesis Captains (NFT)
1,024 Genesis Captains are planned, with a free mint — the captains who lead the first crews of Plunderport.
+40 %
Voyage lootPlanned
Every ship of a wallet that holds a Genesis Captain brings home 40 % more from each voyage — PP and Wood. The bonus counts once per wallet: holding more than one Genesis Captain doesn't add to it.
Also yours
- A captain avatar — your crew's leader
- Unique flags
- Trophy-room items for your island
Good to know
- Not needed to play — the game is complete without one
- Like everything planned here, it may change before launch
The mint is not live. The chain, the mint date and who can mint will be announced; the mint stays off until the chain, licensing and a security audit are in place. Joining early access does not guarantee an NFT, an allowlist spot or any allocation.

Fair play and security
- Plunderport will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Signing in is never a transaction.
- In the full game, construction, voyages and loot are resolved by the server — and the odds are shown before you sail.
- Gold and items are game resources until PP launches; nothing in the game is shown as money owed to you.
- Wallet and X verification raise the bar for fake accounts, and suspicious accounts are reviewed.
- No email is collected. Only trust plunderport.fun and @plunderport on X.
